Initial Phone Consultation (20 minutes)                 Complimentary

Cancellation Policy

Appointments are scheduled on a weekly basis at a time specifically held for you. A minimum of 48 business hours (Monday-Friday, discounting weekends) notice is required for canceling an appointment. For appointments that are accidentally missed, you will be charged the full session fee. For appointments cancelled less than 48 business hours ahead of the session, I offer a $30 rescheduling fee that allows you to reschedule the appointment, rather than be charged for the missed session.


Insurance

I do not work directly with insurance companies. However, if you have an insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, you may be able to receive reimbursement for all or a portion of the therapy fee. If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, I will provide you with a monthly statement that you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
